Pumpkin Spice Latte (Low fat)

Pumpkin Spice Latte
You don't need to leave the comfort of your home to make a delicious and easy to make latte. All you need is some milk (preferably skim milk), sugar (brown sugar or splenda also works), pumpkin pie spice, vanilla, and of course some coffee. If you have some canned pumpkin, even better and if you don't it will still taste amazing. This is a treat in a mug so share one with a friend!



Ingredients
2 cups skim-milk
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons sugar or splenda
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 cup of strong brewed coffee
Directions
In a saucepan combine milk, pumpkin and sugar. Cook on medium heat, stirring, until steaming. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pumpkin spice, whisk well.

Optional
Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
