| Pumpkin Whoopie Pies |
Whoooopie! These are childhood favorites of mine that my mom used to make but she did chocolate ones. I wanted to find a recipe that used my can of pure pumpkin and I was aiming for pumpkin muffins but came across these beauties on
allrecipes.com. I did a bit of substituting as I read the reviews: used 1/2 the oil, added 1/2 cup of applesauce and used whole wheat flour. Here are some great
